Wheelchair Transportation
Wheelchair Transportation in Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley
With MedGo, you never leave your own wheelchair. Our ADA-accessible van has a rear ramp: you roll in, get secured properly, and ride exactly as you are, with a driver trained in wheelchair assistance and securement.
How a Wheelchair Ride Works
-
Door-to-Door From the Start
Your driver meets you at the door and handles ramps, thresholds, and doorways on the way to the van.
-
Roll In — No Transfers
The rear ramp means you stay in your chair. No lifting, no switching seats.
-
Secured for the Whole Trip
Your wheelchair is locked down and you’re belted in, by a driver trained in securement through the national PASS program.
-
Walked In, Checked In
At your destination we bring you inside and make sure the office knows you’re there. Round trips: arranged when you book.

Common Questions
Do I stay in my own wheelchair?
Yes — the whole time. Your chair locks to the van floor, you’re belted in, and nobody asks you to transfer to a seat.
Who secures the wheelchair?
Your driver — and it’s what they’re trained for. MedGo drivers complete PASS, the Community Transportation Association of America’s national certification in passenger assistance and wheelchair securement, on top of CPR and First Aid training and a background check.
Can you handle a recurring schedule, like dialysis?
Yes. One call sets up the whole series — same times, there and back, matched to your treatment schedule.
Can someone ride with me?
A family member or caregiver can join you. Mention it when you book so we plan the seating.
How is the ride priced?
Every trip is priced on its own. Call or text 424-407-1571 and you’ll have the number before you book. Credit card, Zelle, and Venmo accepted.
