Our Services
Transportation Built Around How You Ride
Every MedGo trip works the same way: door-to-door, one rider at a time, with a trained driver. The only question is what fits the rider best: walking with a steady arm, riding in a wheelchair, or traveling lying down. Not sure? Call us and we’ll sort it out in two minutes.
Ambulatory & Assisted Walking
For riders who are on their feet but need support: a steady arm, help in and out of the van, and a walk inside at both ends. Common for older riders, cane and walker users, and anyone unsteady after treatment.
Wheelchair
Our ADA-accessible van has a rear ramp, so you ride in your own wheelchair from start to finish, no transferring. Your chair is secured for the whole trip by a driver trained in wheelchair securement.
Stretcher
For riders who can’t sit upright for the drive. Travel lying down on a secured gurney, loaded gently through the rear ramp, with careful driving the whole way.

Booking, Hours & Payment
Hours
Office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Early-morning or evening pickups can be arranged in advance at an after-hours rate.
Payment
MedGo is private pay: credit card, Zelle, and Venmo. You’ll have a clear quote before you commit. No surprises.
