Our Story
Why MedGo Exists
MedGo’s founder, Rotimi, ran a skilled nursing facility in Los Angeles in 2020. The residents there depended on medical transport companies every week: rides to dialysis, rides home from the hospital. Too often those rides showed up late, or treated fragile patients like packages to deliver. The service just wasn’t up to par.
He sold that business and started MedGo to do transportation the way it should be done: easy to book, quoted quickly and honestly, driven safely and on time, with real communication the whole way.
The standard is personal. Rotimi’s own grandmother rode to dialysis in a medical transport van, so the family behind MedGo knows what it means to hand someone you love to a driver and trust that they’ll be cared for. Every rider is treated with the patience and respect the family would want for one of their own.
When someone in your family is sick and you can’t be there yourself, transportation is the thing you worry about. MedGo’s job is to take that worry off your plate.
